The Charles Babbage Institute (CBI): Center for the History of Information Technology at the University of Minnesota Library hosts an extensive collection of printed artifacts related to Minnesota-based high-tech.

Bruce Damer’s Digibarn Computer Museum hidden in the Santa Cruz mountains is a grand example of a personal collection of technology. Bruce offers access to the collection in some circumstances.

The displays cover about 50 topical zones in the museum; among them are Aeronautics, Astronomy, Computers, DNA Labs, Environments, Microelectronics, Pharmaceutics,, Photo & Film, Printing, Radio, Robotics and Telecommunications.  Great collection.
